TUCSON, Arizona, Sept. 13 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona issued the following news release: Last week, a federal grand jury indicted Matthew Leyvas, 28, of Tucson, on one count of Second-Degree Murder. Leyvas is an enrolled member of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. The indictment alleges that, on August 8, 2024, Leyvas stabbed the victim multiple times.
