PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania, Sept. 10 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's National Energy Technology Laboratory issued the following news: NETL officials joined U.S. Secretary of Energy Jennifer M. Granholm and other Department of Energy (DOE) personnel to commemorate the installation of the first of thousands of solar and battery systems on low-income homes across Puerto Rico.
