On August 6, 2024, the Michigan Ontonagon Sheriff's Office arrested Alexander Ross for fraudulently inducing a sale of an aircraft in Florida. Ross allegedly misrepresented material facts regarding an aircraft and aircraft parts in order to sell an aircraft using wire transfers totaling $237,660.

WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Inspector General's Office of Investigations issued the following investigation report:
