STILLWATER, Oklahoma, Sept. 9 -- Oklahoma State University issued the following news: Oklahoma State University dedicated a monument of Frank "Pistol Pete" Eaton on Friday. The monument is the final work produced by artist Harold Holden after his recent passing in 2023. Eaton, born in Connecticut in 1860, moved to Kansas when he was 8.
