Maine First District Congresswoman Chellie Pingree today welcomed news that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), is allocating $5.4 million through the Shelter and Services Program (SSP) for Maine.
