LEXINGTON, Kentucky, Aug. 29 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky issued the following news release on Aug. 28, 2024: A Detroit man, Jarrett Howard, 56, was sentenced on Wednesday, by U.S. District Judge Karen Caldwell, to 300 months, for possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of firearms as a convicted felon, and possession of firearms in furtherance of drug trafficking.
