Maine U.S. Attorney: Berwick Man Sentenced to 7 1/2 Years for Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Trafficking
PORTLAND, Maine, Aug. 28 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine issued the following news release on Aug. 27, 2024:
A Berwick man was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Portland today for distributing, and possessing with intent to distribute, methamphetamine and fentanyl.
U.S. District Judge Nancy Torresen sentenced Bo Rodden, 34, to 90 months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release. Rodden pleaded guilty on November 30, 2023.
