Veteran newspaper executive Mike Kellogg is returning to Oklahoma as publisher of the Enid News & Eagle.
Kellogg is replacing longtime publisher Jeff Funk, who is retiring after 47 years in the newspaper industry. Funk had been editor or publisher of the News & Eagle since 2001, retiring in 2021 but returning to the role on a temporary basis last summer. Funk will remain on the newsp
