W.Va. U.S. Attorney: Ohio Man Pleads Guilty to Money Laundering
BECKLEY, West Virginia, Aug. 22 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Aug. 21, 2024:
Jack Paskin, 34, of Nelsonville, Ohio, pleaded guilty today to money laundering.
According to court documents and statements made in court, from in or about mid-summer 2019 to on or about August 31, 2020, Paskin facilitated the shipment of wholesale quantities of marijuana to Mullens, West Virginia. Merrick admitted that the shipments
