RALEIGH, North Carolina, Aug. 20 -- Gov. Roy Cooper, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release on Aug. 19, 2024:
Today, Governor Roy Cooper announced the North Carolina Business Committee of Education (NCBCE) has been awarded $4 million from the U.S. Department of Labor to expand the use of Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs) in high-demand fields.
