Governor Phil Scott Appoints Charles Martin Deputy Secretary of the Agency of Natural Resources
MONTPELIER, Vermont, Aug. 16 -- Gov. Phil Scott, R-Vermont, issued the following news release on Aug. 15, 2024:
Governor Phil Scott and Agency of Natural Resources (ANR) Secretary Julie Moore today announced the appointment of Charles Martin as the new deputy secretary of the ANR.
Martin most recently worked in the Flood Recovery Office at the Agency of Administration, supporting policy development, and as the communications and legislative director for the Department of Liquor and Lottery.

Middlebury Awards Kellogg Fellowships to Five Students
MIDDLEBURY, Vermont, Aug. 16 (TNSres) -- Middlebury College issued the following news:
Five Middlebury College students have been named recipients of Kellogg Fellowships to pursue research in the humanities. Fellows receive $5,000 to support travel and research expenses over the summer and coming year.
