The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) announced today that U.S. Army Sgt. Kester B. Hardman, 22, of Smithville, West Virginia, killed during the Korean War, was accounted for May 2, 2024.

RICHMOND, Virginia, Aug. 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia issued the following news release on Aug. 16, 2024:
A Henrico man was sentenced today to 27 years in prison for fentanyl distribution and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Va. U.S. Attorney: Pulaski County Man to Serve More Than 11 Years On Drug, Gun Charges
ROANOKE, Virginia, Aug. 16 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Virginia issued the following news release:
