Ark. U.S. Attorney: Little Rock Man Sentenced to 25 Years in Federal Prison For Distribution of Fentanyl Resulting in Death
LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Aug. 16 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas issued the following news release on Aug. 15, 2024:
Joseph Riggins, Jr., will spend 25 years in federal prison for distributing fentanyl that resulted in a person's death. Jonathan D. Ross, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas, announced the sentence, which was handed down on Wednesday by United States District Judge James M. Moody, Jr.
