Office of Emergency Management Seeks Members for Local Emergency Planning Committee
SANTA FE, New Mexico, Aug. 8 -- Santa Fe County issued the following news: The Office of Emergency Management is seeking representatives from law enforcement, Pueblo/Tribal government, firefighting, and registered community organizations under Santa Fe County's Sustainable Land Development Code to join the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC). The LEPC is responsible for developing an emergency response plan, including a Hazardous Materials Emergency Plan, to address hazardous chemicals.   more
