LAREDO, Texas, Aug. 6 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas issued the following news release: A federal grand jury has returned an indictment against a 31-year-old former resident of Laredo for conspiracy to distribute fentanyl which caused the death of another, announced U.S. Attorney Alamdar S.
