Iowa U.S. Attorney: Rock Valley Man Sentenced to Federal Prison for Meth Conspiracy
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, July 29 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Iowa issued the following news release:
Terrance Buescher, 59, from Rock Valley, Iowa, was sentenced on July 26, 2024, to 5 years in federal prison for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine.
Buescher pled guilty on March 15, 2024, in federal court in Sioux City, to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
Evidence at the plea and sentencing hearings showed that from April 2022 through January 2023
