WASHINGTON, June 28 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Reclamation issued the following news release: RAPID CITY, S.D. - The public is reminded that possessing, discharging, and using fireworks is strictly prohibited on all Bureau of Reclamation lands and water bodies. These areas consist of multiple reservoirs, surrounding lands, and campgrounds across the South Dakota. This includes Belle Fourche Reservoir lands, Rocky Point State Recreation Area, Belle Fourche Dam, and land  more
