SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota, May 31 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of South Dakota issued the following news release: A South Dakota man has been arrested on felony and misdemeanor charges, including for allegedly assaulting law enforcement during the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the U.S. Capitol.
