Rep. Carson Introduces Resolution to Condemn Acts of Violence Against Ethnic Minorities in Congo
WASHINGTON, March 3 -- Rep. Andre Carson, D-Ind., introduced a resolution on Feb. 1, 2024. The text of the resolution was released on Feb. 26.
H. Res. 991. A resolution condemning all acts of violence, oppression, and abuse against ethnic minorities in the Democratic Republic of the Congo; to the Committee on Foreign Affairs.
The resolution is cosponsored by Reps. Adam B. Schiff, D-Calif., Morgan McGarvey, D-Ky., Shri Thanedar, D-Mich., and Dina Titus, D-Nev.
