N.H. U.S. Attorney: Manchester Woman Pleads Guilty for Her Role in a Conspiracy to Distribute Fentanyl and Cocaine
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Jan. 24 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire issued the following news release on Jan. 22, 2024:
A Manchester woman pleaded guilty today in federal court for her role in a conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and cocaine. Katie Girgus, age 30, is the second of the 22 defendants in this conspiracy to plead guilty, U.S. Attorney Jane E. Young announces.
The defendant pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances
