U.S Sen. Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) - ranking member of the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee - and Sen. Roger Marshall, M.D. (R-Kan.) today introduced legislation to name the VA outpatient clinic in Kansas City, Kansas, after Captain Elwin "Al" Shopteese.
