Judicial Nominating Commission Announces Wyoming Supreme Court Vacancy
CHEYENNE, Wyoming, Oct. 24 -- The Wyoming Judicial Branch issued the following news on Oct. 23, 2023:
Wyoming Supreme Court Chief Justice Kate M. Fox, who acts as Chairman of the Judicial Nominating Commission, announced today a vacancy for a Justice in the Wyoming Supreme Court. The judicial vacancy will occur as a result of the retirement of Justice Keith G. Kautz effective March 26, 2024. The position will be filled March 27, 2024.
