WASHINGTON, Oct. 14 -- Americans for Tax Reform issued the following news release: Americans for Tax Reform (ATR) commends North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum for signing the Presidential Taxpayer Protection Pledge, a written commitment to the taxpayers of the United States to oppose and veto any tax increase.
