Eglin AFB: Climatic Lab Returns Home Under Test Wing
EGLIN AFB, Florida, Oct. 3 -- The U.S. Air Force's Eglin Air Force Base issued the following news:
After almost eight years, the Eglin icon, McKinley Climatic Lab, returns to 96th Test Wing possession as of Oct. 1.
The realignment moves the lab from Arnold Engineering Development Complex back to the 96th Range Group. A 2016 Air Force Test Center consolidation moved the lab under the unit at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee.

Researchers 3D print moon rover wheel prototype with NASA
OAK RIDGE, Tennessee, Oct. 6 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Oak Ridge National Laboratory issued the following news release:
ORNL collaborated with NASA to 3D print a lunar rover wheel based on a NASA design.
The project demonstrated the potential of additive manufacturing for creating highly specialized parts needed for space exploration.
