U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine: Florida Man Sentenced to 5 Years for Bangor and Houlton Area Methamphetamine Trafficking Conspiracy
BANGOR, Maine, Oct. 7 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine issued the following news release on Oct. 6, 2023:
A Florida man was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Bangor today for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
U.S. District Court Judge Lance E. Walker sentenced Rogelio Rios, 34, to 60 months followed by four years of supervised release. He was also ordered to pay $5,000 in restitution. Rios pleaded guilty on April 27, 2
