MISSOULA, Montana, Sept. 12 -- WildEarth Guardians issued the following news release on Sept. 11, 2023: Two conservation organizations, the Flathead-Lolo-Bitterroot Citizen Task Force and WildEarth Guardians, filed suit today in Federal District Court in Missoula against the State of Montana for violations of the federal Endangered Species Act (ESA).
