PIERRE, South Dakota, July 6 -- Gov. Kristi Noem, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release on July 5, 2023:
Today, on behalf of Governor Kristi Noem, the South Dakota Department of Tourism submitted its application for a special use permit for the 2024 Mount Rushmore Fireworks Celebration. The application was submitted to the National Parks Service.
