Maine U.S. Attorney: Former Bangor Man Faces Up to 20 Years for Role in Penobscot, Aroostook County Drug Trafficking
BANGOR, Maine, May 26 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine, Darcie McElwee, issued the following news release on May 25, 2023:
A former Bangor man pleaded guilty today in U.S. District Court in Bangor to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl.
According to court records, between January 2018 and December 2021, Christopher Coty, 42, conspired with others to traffic methamphetamine and fentanyl in Penobscot and Aroostook counties. Co
