CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee, Feb. 28 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee issued the following news release: On February 27, 2023, David Michael Apps, 50 of Chattanooga, Tennessee, pleaded guilty to an information charging him with wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1343. CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee, March 4 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee, Francis M. Hamilton III, issued the following news release on March 3, 2023: Ricky and Katrina Lanier, 55 and 49, both of LaGrange, N.C., were sentenced by the Honorable Travis McDonough, Chief United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee at Chattanooga, to serve federal prison terms of 48 months and 24 months, respectively, for conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, and  more
