WASHINGTON, Oct. 18 -- Rep. Ken Buck, R-Colo., has introduced legislation (H.R. 9177) to "combat organized crime involving the illegal acquisition of retail goods for the purpose of selling those illegally obtained goods through physical and online retail marketplaces."
The bill was introduced on Oct. 14 and was co-sponsored by Reps. Dina Titus, D-Nev., Ted Budd, R-N.C., and Susie Lee, D-Nev. It was referred to the House Judiciary Committee.
