WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 -- Rep. Frank Mrvan, D-Indiana, issued the following news release on Aug. 27, 2024:

Today, Congressman Frank J. Mrvan announced the details of the 2024 Congressional App Challenge for middle and high school students from Indiana's First Congressional District.
