WASHINGTON, Aug. 27 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia issued the following news release on Aug. 26, 2024:
Bence Horvath, 46, of Spain, was arrested in San Francisco, California on charges, unsealed today, that he conspired with others to illegally export U.S.-origin radio communications technology to Russian government end users without a license.
