Oswego, New York--Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-24) invites all Vietnam veterans and their families to a Vietnam War Commemoration Pinning Ceremony in Oswego. This event is dedicated to recognizing and honoring the service of Vietnam veterans and providing them with a formal "Welcome Home."
