WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 -- Rep. Abigail Spanberger, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Representatives Abigail Spanberger (D-VA-07) and Vince Fong (R-CA-20) today introduced bipartisan legislation that would require the U.S. Department of State to include county-by-county reporting of xylazine, also known as "tranq," in its annual International Narcotics Control Strategy Report (INCSR), which tracks federal efforts to counter international drug trafficking.
