Wexton Announces Over $1.2 Million in Federal Funding for Local Airports

WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 -- Rep. Jennifer Wexton, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:

Today, Congresswoman Jennifer Wexton (D-VA) announced $1,206,466 in total federal funding for improvements and upgrades to Leesburg Executive Airport and Warrenton-Fauquier Airport. The Airport Improvement Program is delivering $440,893 for Leesburg Airport and $365,573 for Warrenton-Fauquier Airport for upkeep and repairs of key infrastructure.
