East Cleveland, OH Today, Congresswoman Shontel Brown (OH-11) visited the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority's (GCRTA) Hayden District Garage in East Cleveland to celebrate the $10,633,105 federal grant awarded to GCRTA thanks to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which Congresswoman Brown proudly voted for.
