Charleston, WV Today, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (I-WV), member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced $1,255,400 from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for seven fire departments and emergency medical services (EMS) organizations in West Virginia.
