WASHINGTON, Aug. 2 -- Rep. Adriano Espaillat, D-New York, issued the following news release:

NEW YORK, NY Today, Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) traveled to the Dominican Republic to attend the official signing ceremony of the landmark "Open Skies" Aviation Agreement between the United States and the Dominican Republic, respectively with the U.S. State Department and the Dominican Republic's Ministry of Tourism.
