Washington, DC - Patrick Yoes, National President of the Fraternal Order of Police, expressed frustration with Ronald L. Rowe, Jr, Acting Director of the U.S. Secret Service (USSS), who told two Senate committees today that local law enforcement was to have "covered" the rooftop where a would-be assassin opened fire on former President Donald J. Trump.
