TULSA, Oklahoma, June 27 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma issued the following news release:
U.S. District Judge John D. Russell sentenced Jin Kai Chen, 51, to 18 months imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute.
