WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 -- Sen. Mike Rounds, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Mike Rounds (R-S.D.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) introduced bipartisan legislation to provide back pay for military officers whose promotions were delayed in the Senate. Additionally, the Military Personnel Confirmation Restoration Act of 2023 would make an adjustment to the affected service members' time in grade and other administrative fixes.
