Ind. U.S. Attorney: Chicago Man Sentenced to 120 Months in Prison
HAMMOND, Indiana, Nov. 23 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana issued the following news release:
Tido Kirby, 44 years old, of Chicago, Illinois was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Philip P. Simon after pleading guilty to distributing fentanyl, announced United States Attorney Clifford D. Johnson.
Kirby was sentenced to 120 months in prison followed by 6 years of supervised release.
