Rep. Arrington Introduces Resolution on Rule on Notice of Implementation of Keeping Families Together Process
WASHINGTON, Nov. 16 -- Rep. Jodey C. Arrington, R-Texas, introduced a resolution on Sept. 3, 2024. The text of the resolution was released on Nov. 14.
H. Res. 1420. A resolution disapproving the rule submitted by the Secretary of Homeland Security relating to "Notice of implementation of the Keeping Families Together process."; to the Committee on the Judiciary.
The resolution is cosponsored by Reps. Lance Gooden, R-Texas, Randy Weber, R-Texas, Josh Brecheen, R-Okla., and Brett Guthrie, R-Ky.
