Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon (PA-05) today joined Senators Bob Casey (D-PA) and John Fetterman (D-PA), and Representatives Brendan Boyle (PA-02), Dwight Evans (PA-03), and Chrissy Houlahan (PA-06) in announcing a total of $407,884,020 to improve rail infrastructure in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The awards come from the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)'s Federal-State Partners
