This afternoon, Bernalillo County celebrated the completion of "Windforms," a public art mural at its headquarters at Alvarado Square. Standing at 123 feet tall, "Windforms" is officially the tallest mural in New Mexico, featuring a vibrant design that reflects the beauty of Albuquerque's landscapes.
