Ky. U.S. Attorney: Western District of Kentucky Men Sentenced for Murder Through the Use of Firearm During a Crime of Violence
BOWLING GREEN, Kentucky, Nov. 8 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Kentucky issued the following news release:
Freddy Manuel Gonzalez and Xavior Caine Posey were sentenced this week to 40 years and 35 years, respectively, for murder through the use of a firearm during a crime of violence.
U.S. Attorney Michael A. Bennett of the Western District of Kentucky and Special Agent in Charge R. Shawn Morrow of the ATF Louisville Field Division made the announcement.
