ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, Nov. 5 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Mexico issued the following news release on Nov. 4, 2024:
A Pueblo Pintado man pleaded guilty in federal court to two charges stemming from a fatal shooting incident that occurred on the Navajo Nation in 2022.

An Arizona man pleaded guilty in federal court to second degree murder for his role in the brutal killing of a man on the Navajo Nation in 2020.

N.M. U.S. Attorney's Office Secures Sentencing for 2021 Murder in Church Rock
ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, Nov. 5 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Mexico issued the following news release:
A Smith Lake man was sentenced to 11 years and 4 months in federal prison for the 2021 murder of a man in Church Rock, New Mexico.
There is no parole in the federal system.
