DENVER, Colorado, Nov. 2 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Colorado posted the following news release on Nov. 1, 2024:
The Justice Department announced today that it secured a settlement agreement to resolve its lawsuit alleging that Colorado violates Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Supreme Court's decision in Olmstead v.
