TUCSON, Arizona, Oct. 24 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona issued the following news release:
Linh Cao Nguyen, M.D., 51, of Peoria, was sentenced last week by United States District Judge John C. Hinderaker to 24 months in prison. Nguyen pleaded guilty to Health Care Fraud on March 19, 2024.
