W.Va. Gov. Justice Launches Rural Hospitals Grant Program, Which Will Supply $40M of Funding for Important Healthcare Projects
CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Oct. 25 -- Gov. Jim Justice, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Oct. 24, 2024:
Gov. Jim Justice has announced the Rural Hospitals Grant Program, which will supply $40 million of funds to enhance healthcare services in West Virginia.
The money will allow rural hospitals to undertake important projects, including building upgrades, equipment purchases, and improvements in patient care. The money was appropriated in the most recent special session.
